Arbitration

Independent and impartial resolution of commercial, consumer, and financial services disputes.

How I can help

I serve as a neutral arbitrator in commercial and consumer disputes. My professional background includes extensive experience in financial services and FinTech, including securities, commodities, banking, broker-dealers, financial regulation, and decentralized finance (DeFi). I understand complex regulatory, operational, and commercial issues. AREAS OF EXPERIENCE Securities and financial markets: trading practices, market manipulation, insider trading, and AML. Banking and broker-dealers: supervision, risk framework/management, and internal controls. FinTech and Digital Assets: emerging technologies and DeFi. Regulatory compliance: obligations of markets/exchanges, banks, and broker/dealers. Fraud, cybersecurity and privacy: account takeovers, breaches and information security. Commercial matters: contracts, NDAs and non-solicit agreements. MY APPROACH TO ARBITRATION Independence, impartiality, and fairness guide my approach. I do not favor the perspective of an investor, financial professional, or institution. I consider all parties' positions, testimony, documents, and applicable standards before deciding. My background helps me assess technical evidence while focusing on the facts. I prepare thoroughly, listen carefully, and seek fair, efficient proceedings, including for self-represented parties.
